Job Purpose:
As e-commerce coordinator, you are experienced in online sales strategies and the various platforms used to conduct digital sales or conversions on a website with an initial focus on growing the sales to Aston Martin dealership and events networks. You keep a promotional calendar, track all e-commerce marketing efforts, analyse data and use your findings to improve Aston Martin’s online retail strategies. You will support the functions of Retail, Merchandise & Licensing with administration, invoicing and reporting and support with the preparation and execution of merchandise activities across not only the global web shop, but also brand centres and events, including stock management.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Possessing a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends
- Possessing a comprehensive understanding of account-specific SEO best practices, pricing policies, media assets, inventory and/or pre-orders
- Developing, monitoring, writing and updating product content contained on eCommerce websites/portals
- Working with product management, sales, design, legal and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared on eCommerce platform
- Using Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc) in addition to web analytics to stay organised and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement
- Cultivating standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings
- Analysing and reporting merchandise and licensing data / Creating infrastructure to collect relevant data
- Obtaining & collating feedback from customers, dealers and management and implementing action plans
- Tracking & Reporting Merchandise and Licensing results
- Raising invoices for Merchandise and Licensing
- Supporting Brand centres and assisting in the preparation of global events and attending as required
- Fulfilling customer and internal merchandise requests
- Maintaining the EPOS system - collect and book in stock, raise part numbers for new stock and perform regular stock takes
- Liaising with other departments within the organisation to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
- Having the ability to multi-task, prioritise and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail
- Supporting ad-hoc requirements and projects for the Merchandise and Licensing team as required

Qualification & Experience:

- Experience in retail/consumer goods
- Experience in eCommerce sales and marketing
- Managed similar cross function roles across different departments successfully
- Previous knowledge and experience of data analysis and financial reporting
- Demonstrate ability to implement and measure ROI on stock spend plans
- Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Lead Management, campaign systems
- Project management, dealer & cross functional influencing skills
- Previous knowledge and experience of leading cross functional teams within the luxury/retail sales sector
