This is an exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for supporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals, objectives and stakeholder requirements. Develop detailed project plans, schedules and track project progress using appropriate project management tools. Coordinate project resources, including internal team members, external vendors and consultants to ensure efficient project execution. Communicate project status updates, risks and issues to stakeholders and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success, gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Report Development and Customisation - Design, develop and customise business reporting (eg power Apps, Power B1) to meet business requirements and improve organisational efficiency. Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements, design user interfaces and implement functional improvements within Power Apps.
SAP Enhancements and System upgrades - Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of SAP enhancements projects, including system upgrades, module implementations and customisations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for SAP related issues, working closely with SAP functional teams and end-users
Working in the impressive purpose-built Aircraft Maintenance facility located on Cardiff Airport, you’ll be an integral part of BAMC.

- Relevant certifications in project management, Power Apps, SAP or related technologies.
- Demonstrable experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
- An understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques with experience managing IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Proficiency in Power Apps development, customization and implementation with a solid understanding of Microsoft power Platform.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP systems including SAP S/4HANA and experience with SAP enhancement projects, system upgrades and customizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, with a proactive and customer-focused approach to IT service delivery.
