Overview of the Role
Primary responsibility is to provide Rise services in the community for the Rise company owned franchise office in the Cardiff and Vale area. Including facilitation and scheduling of sessions whether face to face or online, session admin and encouraging positive relationships with our participants, clients and community contacts and networking where necessary to build the Rise brand.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Delivering Sessions
- Coordinate and facilitate both live and online training sessions with existing and future clients and participants
- Provide excellent customer service to all current and future contacts of Rise
- Assist with the setup and management of local infrastructure to deliver and facilitate community sessions i.e., location, advertising, bookings system etc
- To provide a first-class training experience to Rise clients whilst following the Rise model
- Management
- Assist and contribute to the development of and achievement of annual plans
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Assist with the creation and reporting of KPI’s
- Opportunity to create best practice and streamline processes to ensure the company is forward thinking and innovative
- Develop and maintain a strong effective working relationship with clients, local and national partners, community contacts, participants and National Office
- Business Development
- Assist with the marketing of Rise sessions within your territory
- Achieve KPI’s for new clients and new licensees
- Network within your territory to grow your business and achieve networking KPI’s
- Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, legislative, and regulatory guidance, policy, and best practice
- Promote and maintain a culture of health and safety of self and others in accordance with Health and Safety legislation and best practice
- An awareness of and compliance with data protection legislation and policies and procedures
- Maintain and update accurate records and record data using the required systems including IT, HR and financial systems
Skills Required
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team
- Excellent people skills and the ability to work with multi-generational stakeholders, clients, and employees
- Ability to work in a fast-paced organisation in an efficient manner with a high level of accuracy and professionalism, attention to detail and follow through
- Excellent time management and logistics skills
- Ability to pre-empt and define problems
Additional Duties
- National travel on an occasional basis when required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 5-15 per week
**Salary**: £21.00 per hour

All kit to be wiped down after all sessions. Activity leaders to deliver with a mask on.
