The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner. They will work closely with all teams to ensure that all customer orders are processed and fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will be required to deal with after-sales, customer enquiries and obtain customer feedback.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Process orders from all sources - website and sales department through to correct department and/or supplier
- Deal with inbound and outbound enquiries by telephone
- Meet and greet visitors/customers
- Retrieve and chase artwork for orders
- Contact suppliers where necessary to check stock or delivery times
- Complete follow up calls to customers to obtain feedback
- Deal with aftersales enquiries ensuring a case is logged when a complaint arises
- To work closely with all teams of the business to ensure the business continues to run smoothly
- Escalate any ongoing issues to the manager where appropriate

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- To be able to deliver a 5* experience for the customer
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Team player with the ability to self-motivate
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer focused attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - training will be provided

This role is Maternity cover for 9-12 months. Part-time hours available (Must be able to work Mon-Fri though). Salary will be pro-rata.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 9-12 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
