Office Administrator

**Overview**
W Wright Electrical & Mechanical is a long established medium sized building services contractor undertaking works for clients in the health, industrial, commercial and leisure sectors.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and editing
- Provide support to other team members as needed
- Checking weekly timesheets and inputting into job costing software.
- Generating staff payroll information for all employees, accurately inputting it into Sage.
- Administering Company and Employee pension obligations.
- Processing payment of employee benefits, including health schemes, pension contributions, etc., ensuring accurate administration within Sage accordingly.
- Checking and resolving payroll queries.
- Managing PPE for staff and operatives
- Administering records of staff holidays, illness and absence
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with Sage accounting software is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
