Qehs Systems Administrator and Trainer

**About the role**:
**How you will contribute**:
- Responsible for all systems related administration required to maintain and ISO accreditation
- Perform all related adminiduties as assigned by using ticketing system (JIRA) & Shared Mailbox
- Controller of Q-Pulse / DMS / GHSE app and all systems related or newly developed to EMEA and Global & Corporate databases.
- Management of all user data - set up of new users, editing and archiving of user accounts, managing user access groups, permissions and managing all access and system queries from users.
- Upload of new and revised documents for the active systems (example Qpulse, DMS etc ), databases (including activation and distribution of documents. Controller of all Regional & Global processes and documentation. Supporting all organizational changes within focus on adherence to DP World Standards.
- Support in the management and generation of new quality processes and system reports as required
- Support in the administration of all projects and documentation (quality system) relative to assigned processes / launches.
- Develop and design irreversible corrective actions for known problems. Use established problem-solving techniques to reduce process variation.
- Participation and perform internal audits based on region
- Manage and maintain the internal audit schedule for all required Quality Systems for Europe.
- Audit management for EMEA- ensuring the audit modules are populated and the audit schedule is being maintained
- Manage and generate training materials for all new standards / processes from DP world.
- Deliver virtual training during onboarding new employees and senior management to GHSE app and DMS systems upon request / schedule
- Administrator of all Superuser rights / accesses in GHSE & DMS system with providing support to all operating entities within Europe.
- Generate, interpret, analyze, and communicate results using management tools, graphs, and reports.
- Process Control - provide input on document enhancement and retention; Maintain ISO documentation and controls, administrator activities required to maintain ISO certification, and actively coach the organization for maintaining ISO system.
- Monthly Metrics - Retrieval of hours from B2B scorecard for monthly HSE reports in metrics module - input on any pending Metrics Reports (site reports) Due monthly by 7 days of the month for previous month
- Monthly Operational Training Reports. Manage, maintain, and distribute all report related to training (defined by departmental leads)
- Monthly Audit Reports - Manage and maintain all report related to audit - (defined by departmental leads)
- Monthly / weekly Document Control Reports (defined by departmental leads)
- Monthly CAPA Reports + RCCA (defined by departmental leads)
- Monthly Standards & Compliance Reports (defined by departmental leads)
- Daily QLICK report - run Incident Extract Report
**Your Key Skills**:
- To be considered for this varied role you will need to have a strong administration background working within a fast paced global/european business
- Strong IT skills including all Microsoft packages including Excel
- Excellent organisation and proritisation skills
- Strong communication (English - written and verbal skills Essential) and presenting skills
- Understanding of relevant international standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 etc.) would be highly desireable
- Knowledge of structured quality processes, preferably in the logistics/supply chain industry or equivalent would be highly desireable
- Experience in managing and administration Quality or QEHS systems highly desireable
