**The company**:
Our client is a leading manufacturer of aerospace pipe & tube assemblies, ducts, manifolds, fabrications & sub-assemblies, sheet & machined details, and specialist fasteners. Across the civil and military aerospace sectors, they specialise in supplying products and services such as polishing and non-destructive testing to OEMs and Tier 1’s, serving both airframe and engine markets.
We require a conscientious and organised HR Administrator for a site-based role in Hinckley. The role is expected to be for around 25 hours per week - hours and days worked are negotiable.
**Job Purpose**:
Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be the first point of contact for HR queries from internal parties. This would suit an experienced administrator with a desire to break into HR. This is an excellent opportunity to get to grips with an established HR system and learn and develop in a supportive environment. Full training will be provided. Full training will be provided.
The successful person will be responsible for the successful delivery of all transactional HR processes.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining personnel records and the HR Information System.
- Managing the internal recruitment process - writing job adverts for internal distribution.
- Onboarding new starters.
- Creating Offer Letters and Contracts of Employment.
- Keeping real time trackers
- Data entry on internal systems.
- Supporting the HR Manager with employee relations issues.
- Arranging employee inductions and paperwork.
- Arranging health and safety monitoring and tracking in collaboration with H and S.
- Sickness absence tracking.
- Updating internal notice boards.
- Taking meeting minutes.
- Probation tracking and letters.
- Completing monthly payroll data.
**The Person**:
**You will have experience of a similar position previously, as well as**
- A keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent people skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Ability to act appropriately in a confidential environment.
- Your own transport will be required to get to this role
