Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Hinckley. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties, providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives, compiling and updating employee records, processing documentation and preparing reports relating to personnel activities, coordinating HR projects, taking minutes, and assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as HR Administrator
- Good attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of labour laws
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Able to commute to Hinckley
