As a **HR Administrator **you will support the business in various HR functions.

Due to growth, the business is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Administrator to join the team. If you are passionate about human resources, possess excellent organisational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

**As a HR Administrator you will**:

- **HR Records Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- **Recruitment Support**:

- Support the on boarding process for new hires.
- **Benefits Administration**:

- Assist with benefits enrolment and answer employee inquiries regarding benefits programs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the effective administration of employee benefits.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Provide support in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and communication of HR policies.
- Assist in organising employee engagement initiatives and events.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and data analysis as needed.

**The successful HR Administrator will have**:

- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR support role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- The ability to work well under pressure within a fast paced environment
