**Training Coordinator**

Camphill Wakefield is seeking a dedicated and proactive Training Coordinator to oversee and manage all aspects of training within our Education and Day Services provision. As a Training Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality support and services to our students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Your responsibilities will encompass planning, reviewing, and implementing mandatory training programs for our workforce, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Salary: £17,039 (FTE £28,399)**

**Hours: 22.50 hrs per week (3 days), 52 weeks.**

Camphill Wakefield is a specialist further education (F.E) college, based on a 34-acre site providing further education and training via study programmes to young adults with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. This includes an adult social care day service provision for those with learning difficulties and disabilities. We provide a range of life skills and employability pathways to meet our SEND students’ needs.
- You will develop, implement, and continuously review training programs tailored to the specific needs of our Education and Day Services provision.
- You will collaborate with relevant Managers to identify training needs and priorities, taking into consideration the requirements for supporting individuals with SEND.
- Ensure that training materials and resources are up-to-date, relevant, and accessible to all staff members.
- Monitor and track mandatory training requirements for all staff members, ensuring that training certifications are kept current and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain a system for tracking training completion, expirations, and renewals, utilising appropriate software or documentation tools.
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics to ensure adequate coverage and participation across all teams and shifts.
- Level 3 teaching qualification in relevant field (Education, Care, Support)
- Qualifications related to Education, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in coordinating and delivering training programs, particularly in the healthcare, education, or social services sectors.
- Knowledge of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and experience working with individuals with diverse support needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with training management software or learning management systems (LMS) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
