Interaction Recruitment are looking for a Service Coordinator for my client who is one of the world’s leading manufacturers, providing 60 countries with industrial equipment.

It is a requirement to have experience working as a Planner/Scheduler/ Service Coordinator.

As the Service Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for service and break down requests, upholding the high stand of customer service provided globally.

This is an opportunity for a Service Coordinator to work for a leading global supplier who value their workers and offer the best support.

Job Responsibilities:

- Providing an exceptional customer service and efficiently dealing with customer enquiries.
- Processing customer orders if received by 3pm/ next day on SAP from various sources (parts / internal / external)
- Logging all machine breakdowns and liaising with the field service team to send out engineers to fix.
- Correctly dealing with service and break down requests.
- Allocating jobs to external engineers.
- Review and process all field service estimates for review and approval.
- Provide customers with official quotations and follow up all opportunities in a timely manner.
- Managing the life cycle of service contracts; advising when current contracts are expiring and encouraging renewals. Following up of equipment sold without service contracts.
- Optimise selling opportunities and develop relationships with new and existing prospects.
- Assist in any special projects concerning the sale and promotion of parts and consumables.

Job Specifications:

- At least 3 years’ experience within a similar role or administration/customer service experience.
- Knowledge or experience of CRM systems
- Knowledge of SAP
