Looking for an Administration role within a wonderful local charity?

You will join as our clients latest Temporary Administrator and play an important role, providing support across the entire team You will have a passion for teamwork and a self-motivated attitude, willing and able to get involved across different aspectsof the business.

**Temporary Administrator Responsibilities**
- General office work including answering calls, opening and distributing post, managing supplies and office services as well as other administrative tasks
- Administration, data entry and management of Salesforce records, including creating new contacts, updating details, managing and updating campaigns, memberships and consents, running reports and providing support and training to the team
- Financial administration and processing including payment reports, supporting integration between Sage and Salesforce, online giving platforms (e.g. Enthuse), processing cheques, administration on Gift Aid
- Support to trustees to organise meetings, minute, prepare papers and agendas etc.
- Support to the office team and committees to organise meetings, minute taking, prepare papers and agendas etc.
- Other activities as required in line with the job purpose and role

**Temporary Administrator Experience**
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own workload
- Good written and spoken English sufficient to draft letters, reports and other paperwork in collaboration with others
- Numerate with an eye for detail to ensure accurate processing of financial and other data
- Experience of or ability to develop strong database skills to take on the administration of Salesforce
- IT literate, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; experience of Salesforce would be ideal
- Ability to carry out basic research
- Experience of organising meetings and events including diary coordination, invitations, compiling meeting packs, name tags, refreshments etc
- Professional and able to represent OCF externally at receptions, meetings etc.

**Location**

Based in Oxford, OX1. Due to its location, there is no onsite parking available. However, there are excellent public transport routes.
