Are you an experienced administrator with great interpersonal skills, who is able to manage changing priorities calmly and efficiently?

We have registered a truly exciting temporary role providing excellent administrative support for this prestigious company Starting ASAP, you will be employed on a 6-week assignment initially, whilst they recruit for a permanent member of staff and should you be interested will be given the opportunity to apply.

This is a full-time position, working 36.5 hours per week, with the opportunity for hybrid working if 2/3 days working from home per week.

**Temporary Senior Administrator Responsibilities**

Your duties will include:

- Acting as the first point of contact and ensuring an excellent level of service provision
- Managing enquiries
- Updating handbooks, managing the website and creating information packs
- Managing and administering the exams process
- Managing the process for gathering and collating feedback through the use of surveys
- Ensuring that the budget allocated to each event is carefully managed
- Taking responsibility for booking venues, organising conference registration, facilitating the organisation of any hospitality required by the event, and overseeing and supporting as necessary accommodation and travel arrangements
- Managing marketing and communications
- Any other duties as deemed appropriate that are commensurate with the grade of this role

**Temporary Senior Administrator Requirements**
- Previous administrative experience relevant to customer service and/or events organisation
- Evidence of good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to produce high quality, accurate, independent work with little supervision
- Attention to detail
- Evidence of good organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide range of people
- Demonstrable ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience of working, or the ability to work, as a member of a team that is physically dispersed across different buildings
- Good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel in particular)
- Good levels of numeracy
- Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision
- Enthusiastic, reliable, well-presented and flexible in approach

**The Location**

Our client is located in Oxford (OX2). There is limited parking nearby and access to public transport services.
