This is an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Finance Administrator to join a friendly team in Oxford on a temporary basis to cover a Maternity leave.

With offices globally, the client is an established company and this role is based in the idyllic city of Oxford.

**Description**

The Finance Administrator's principal roles and key responsibilities:
Finance -- Provide NetSuite administration support.
- Data entry of credit and debit invoices, internal and external vendors.
- Maintain data records of vendors.
- Run Bank reconciliations.
- Create initial templates for new vendors/payments etc.
- Support with the initiation of payment runs
- Support Assistant Treasurer in the collection and uploading of cash forecast data in the Crowd data system.
- Monitor forecasts received and follow up with local cash managers to ensure a submission is received from all entities each month.
- Maintain and update the tax cash database, log payments, chase payments, enter MTP expected payments.
- Maintain tax fees files, engagement letters and asset transfer documentation.
- Maintain dividend distribution documentation and internal approvals.

Admin
- Provide administrative support such as but not limited to document filing, photocopying, book meeting rooms for staff and visitors, arrange working lunches.
- Book travel via Egencia / parking / arrange visas if necessary / hotels / make sure local transport is in place.
- Book accommodation / transport for visitors.
- Meet and greet visitors.

**Profile**

The Finance Administrator will have:

- Aministrative or business experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Proficient computer skills and abilities with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
