You will enjoy a varied role in a comfortable environment; be the first point of contact for all visitors and phone calls, dealing with queries effectively and confidentially.

**Description**:
**Duties include but are not restricted to**:

- General Office Admin - manage property portfolio; maintain stationery levels; manage incoming calls; recording & distribution of meeting minutes and agendas; co-ordinate the efficient and effective dissemination of information & guidelines; etc.
- Human Resources: update & maintain employee/training/holiday and company vehicle records; managing/co-ordination of absence and sickness; job advertisements; issue employment contracts.
- Contracts Administration: document control tasks; source information from suppliers and site operatives to complete manuals
- Quality: update policies & practices
- PA to managing director as and when required
- Marketing activities - Overlooking the social media activities on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn; Ability to use Social Media for impressions, brand awareness, sales

**Hours of Work**:
8:30am - 5:00pm

**Essential Criteria**:

- GCSE Mathematics and English Language at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Previous experience of working in an administration role within a busy office environment
- Ability to organise, plan and prioritise tasks within a high volume, varied workload whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy in all work undertaken
- Microsoft Office experience

**Salary**: £17,500.00-£20,000.00 per year
