**Would you like to join the UK HR Team supporting our Gatwick and Heathrow HR Business Partners?**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Assistant to be based at Gatwick Airport, supporting both the Gatwick Airport and Heathrow Airport HR Business Partners. The HR Assistant will support the HR Business Partners and Line Managers, in line with CompanyPolicy, on all administrative, contractual, and legislative requirements on a split week basis.

**Job Summary**

**Job Requirements**
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferable
- Working towards CIPD qualification level 3 preferable but not essential
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, on own initiative, and under pressure
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Discreet and professional, confidentiality is paramount
- Good communication skills including written and verbal
- Safety driven with the ability to maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Pre-employment checks - ability to achieve successful completion of the referencing (checkable 5-year employment/education history) and criminal record check procedures to meet dnata and CAA security regulations, and a satisfactory medical report.

**Working Pattern**

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

A degree of flexibility will occasionally be required to support other areas of the business or stations if and where necessary.
