**Job Description** As a Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for providing guidance, coaching and support to the business in areas of staffing, employment, employer relations, performance management, learning and development, interpretation and implementation ofpolicies, procedures and initiatives. As well as the company culture and values, helping the company to become a leading employer within the industry.
- Implement and administer company-wide HR initiatives and programs eg. Promote and advocate the companies culture and values, assist with questions around policy, practice, procedure, and other HR matters.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to evaluate staffing, team needs and onboard top talent.
- Partner with leaders and team members to improve work relationships, build engagement, and increase productivity and retention. Provide support in the areas of employee relations
- Oversee and manage with the assistance of the HR Coordinator payroll and benefits such as group health, welfare and pension plans including
- The team work 5 days in the Fitzrovia office. _

**Who Fits The Bill**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and 1+ years progressive HR generalist or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- A motivated individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment
- Must have exceptional organisation skills and attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mind-set
- Able to work both operationally and strategically.
- In-depth understanding of employment law and employee relations best practice.
