Working as part of a caring and committed team, you will support the National Lead for Mental Health in providing clinical leadership of the mental health service at a regional level.

You’ll provide clinical leadership, guidance and management to enhance the quality, safety, effectiveness and patient experience of our mental health services within the North & Scotland region. Via your leadership, mentoring, training and clinical supervision, you will help to build a regional community of CBT therapists and counsellors, supporting professional development and encouraging best practice. As a senior member of the clinical team you will be a key point of contact for managing clinical queries which relate to governance, risk and safeguarding.

You’ll inspire others driving change initiatives with energy and navigating teams through continual improvement and development. You will enable others to be their best by operating in an open and honest way to build trust and through developing and maintaining key relationships. Being proactive in establishing new connections will be essential to your success in this role.

**As our Mental Health Regional Clinical Lead, you will**:
Support the National Lead for Mental Health at meetings with internal and external stakeholders lead on the delivery of projects, related initiatives and workstreams at local level.

Support and drive improvements in the clinical delivery of our mental health services across a range of accessible sites, which include our gyms, fitness and wellbeing centres, corporate sites, clinics and remote services

Working together with line managers, and our administrative teams, you will support our regional sites to achieve excellent clinical outcomes and governance objectives in line with targets for our service.

Be an advocate of Mental Health initiatives delivered at a regional and local site level and be able to drive change initiatives with energy and navigating teams through continual improvement and development.

Provide leadership, mentoring, training and clinical supervision, building a regional community of CBT therapists and counsellors.

Maintain a clinical practice providing remote interventions (via secure telephone or video link) and face to face therapy/assessment for referrals from a range of sources including corporate and insurance customers.

Be fully accredited with the BABCP, with a post-graduate diploma in High Intensity Cognitive Behaviour Therapy(or equivalent)
