We are a property management department within an estate agency searching for a well-motivated Property Manager to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships by ensuring a 5-star service is delivered to our landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Ensuring property management enquiries are actioned promptly and effectively
- Organising maintenance and repairs
- Coordinating the maintenance of properties, including liaising with contractors
- Serving relevant notices.
- Remain up to date with relevant legislation
- Ensuring compliance is up to date, obtaining EICRs, GSCs, EPCs, FRA, Emergency lighting and others
- Ensure inspections are conducted in a timely manner and results are actioned.
- Assist the senior property manager, lettings/sales progression team where required.
- To utilise our property management software to raise job orders, adding expenses and update client records
- Following up on rent payments and ensuring the rent is paid on time
- Preparing court paperwork
- Ad hoc filing and administration duties
- Undertake any other duties within capabilities as and when required
- Basic DIY

About you
- You will be a great communicator with real problem-solving skills.
- You will be able to articulate your exceptional customer service and have a people-oriented approach
- You will have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- You will be a fast learner and able to keep up to date with current legislation
- You have or are willing to take relevant industry qualifications to grow your PM skill sets.
- You will be able work well under pressure
- Previous property management experience is not required

Good working knowledge of MS Office, data entry skills

**Job Specifics**:

- Full time, Monday-Fridays 09.00am to 6.00pm. On occasion, some Saturdays 09.30am to 5.00pm, with one day off during the week
