Call Handler

We are looking for Care Assistants & Carers with a minimum of 3 months experience within the Care Sector who are looking to develop their professional career within a Local Authority environment.
- call handling services
- responding to emergency situations including lifting uninjured customers using specialist equipment provided. (Full training provided)
- carrying out safe and well checks to support vulnerable people living in the community.
- installing and maintaining emergency call equipment in customer’s homes and undertaking annual visits to check the equipment.

**Shift patterns are as following**:

- x5 7.5 hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid break on a rolling rota basis including weekends and bank holidays

**You would be expected to**:

- Work days afternoons and night shifts
- 7:00am to 15:00 pm and 15:00 pm to 23:00 pm and 23:00 pm to 07:00 am
- 37.5 hours per week
