Service Care Solutions Ltd: Emergency Call Handler Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as an Emergency Call Handler. This is a full-time position working nights, providing support to vulnerable members of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergency calls from elderly individuals in their own homes
  • Provide support and assistance as needed, working closely with emergency services when necessary
  • Work collaboratively with our 24-hour monitoring and response team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Meet the requirements of the role, including enhanced DBS clearance and previous experience working with the elderly

Requirements:

  • Must be a driver
  • Experience with call handling or a care background
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Previous experience as a team leader/supervisor
