Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergency calls from elderly individuals in their own homes
  • Provide support and assistance as needed, working closely with the emergency services when necessary
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Meet the requirements of the role, including enhanced DBS and previous experience working with the elderly
