Service Care Solutions: Emergency Call Handler Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as an Emergency Call Handler in the Derby area.

As a key member of our 24-hour emergency monitoring and response service, you will be responsible for providing support to elderly individuals who have activated their emergency button assistance. Your role will involve handling inbound calls, responding to emergencies, and working closely with our team to ensure the highest level of care and support.

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience in call handling or a care background
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • Proven ability to work with vulnerable adults
