Accounts Administrator

A leading creative sign making company is looking to recruit a part-time Accounts Administrator to join their existing team based in North London. Ideally we'd be looking for someone to work 4 hours per day, Mon-Fri, the hours can be flexible and we can discuss in advance we can also work around school pick ups and drop offs if necessary.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Inputting incomings/outgoings on to software
- Ordering day to day consumables and adhoc items.
- Digital and paper filing - maintaining current systems and creatin new ones if required.
- Accounts management - Assisting in financial and accounting processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of our financial management.
- Preparing payroll - monthly round up of payroll information.
- Managing petty cash.
- Report management
Key qualifications required:
- **Language**: Fluent in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar administrative role is a mandatory requirement.
- **Software**:Good working knowledge of Mac and Microsoft, in particular Excel & Word.
Salary dependent on experience and paid pro-rata
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
