Accounts Administrator

Based in Wellingborough, this part-time accounts administration role is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the owner of a small established family-run business supplying the global market.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with knowledge of Sage and Excel to manage all accounts administration duties and provide general administration support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and managing customer payments
- Bank reconciliations, VAT returns, and financial analysis
- Working on Sage Line 50 and Excel spreadsheets for data analysis and management
- Assisting with trade show preparations and stock taking
- Processing credit card and petty cash payments, commissions, and web retail sales
Requirements:
- Knowledge of international currency conversions (training provided)
- Familiarity with Sage and Excel software
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary Information: £17.00 per hour, making the estimated annual salary approximately £35,400.
