Job Overview
Taylor James Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in credit control and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the administration of credit control tasks, including raising intercompany transfers and outgoing payments.
  • Liaise with brokers, underwriters, treasury, international offices, and outsourced providers involved in the settlement of bureau and non-bureau premium payments.
  • Contribute to meeting KPI's in terms of the reduction of aged debt and unallocated cash within the Group.
  • Assist in the production of reports to the Operations Committee and Credit Risk Committee.
  • Be involved with continuous improvement initiatives to reduce aged debt, unallocated cash, and premium queries.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in credit control or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
