We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Accounts Administrator to join our client’s SME business in Wokingham as a full-time Accounts Assistant. This role involves supporting the finance team and performing day-to-day finance routines, including processing post-purchase ledger invoices daily.



  • A competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum is available for this position.

You will work closely with the finance team to reconcile supplier statements to purchase ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial tasks. This role requires basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge and AAT studies or qualifications.



  • Part-qualified AAT or studying AAT.
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Previous purchase ledger experience advantageous.
  • Solid Excel proficiency required.
