Accounts Administrator

Looking for an accounts administrator in the transport/aggregate industry whose basic duties will include:
- Monthly and weekly payroll on Sage 50 - Calculating holiday averages, Entering sick pay and attachments of earnings where applicable. P32 monthly report, pension and DWP payments monthly.
- Creating Sales invoices from delivery tickets and figures from transport manager using Sage50
- Creating personnel files for new starters and keeping all employee details up to date
- Check and submit VAT return quarterly
- Monthly statements sent out to Debtors every month
- Printing off aged debtor report and chasing outstanding monies
- Reconcile supplier statements to the system
- Printing off aged creditor report and arrange payments to be made
- Reconcile remittance advices when the money is received
- ONS surveys monthly turnover and Quarterly acquisitions and disposals
- Dealing with invoice and ticket queries
- Keeping records up to date and filed in an orderly fashion.
