Client Services Administrator

**Position Summary**
Due to continued growth, Capstone Financial is seeking a Client Administrator to join our busy administration team based in the Altrincham area.
**Role Purpose**
Supporting the adviser team and the wider operation, ensuring that new business cases are processed effectively; whilst maintaining a timely turnaround and high level of accuracy.
This role is instrumental to ensuring that cases are moving through the end to end process smoothly with no delays.
The Client Servicing Administrator plays a key role in contributing to and enhancing the overall client experience.
**Key Duties**
- Receiving and processing new business handovers from advisers
- Inputting fact find data onto the client management system (CMS) and liaising with adviser where information is unclear or missing
- Adding prospects to the CMS
- Updating the CMS with new case details as appropriate
- Preparing presentation packs for advisers; ensuring that everything is provided first time for client signature
- Dealing with withdrawal and contribution requests and queries
- Working proactively; arranging weekly update meetings with advisers to discuss case specific progress and chasing anything required, in order to move cases forward effectively
- Ringing providers to chase case updates
- Speaking with clients directly to give case updates or other information where appropriate
- Sending letters of authority and requests for information to provider (where required)
**Person Specification**
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; as well as strong customer service skills. You will have a desire to provide quality client service and support. Excellent attention to detail is a must as you will be transposing information and inputting onto our CMS.
You must have demonstrable experience of multi-tasking and managing a wide variety workload. You will therefore need to have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
You will be professional with a high level of integrity.
Must have a good working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint), as well as experience of using in-house client management systems and web based portals.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a 30 minute lunch break provided

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
