New Client Administrator

**Eventus Legal is seeking a New client Administrator to join the clinical negligence team in a well-recognised firm based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester. The law firm is well-recognised, not only for their unrivalled legal expertise but also for their innovative, empathetic and pioneering approach to their work. This is a full-time, hybrid working job position with fantastic employee benefits including 25 days annual leave, a healthcare cash plan, death in service, and a bonus scheme.**
**Role Responsibilities**
The incoming New Client Administrator will be a very talented and passionate legal professional, focused on providing excellent client service. You will be responsible for assisting the clinical negligence team on a varied caseload with the following tasks, but not limited to:
- Dealing with new client enquiries on the phone about possible claims
- Taking down all the details offered by the enquirer of the medical events that have occurred by completing the firm’s questionnaire
- Liaising with the department head, and reverting back to the enquirer to advise if their claim can be accepted or not
- Advise of next steps and process relevant paperwork
- Liaising with other team members and head of department ensuring that communication is always sustained
**Person specification**
Applications are sought from Administrators with at least 6 months of legal experience. You will be self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude and a positive outlook. You will possess the following skills and experience:
- Strong client service skills
- Organised and able to prioritise workload
- High ability to empathise with enquirers who have been through personal circumstances
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills
- Team player with the ability to be self-motivated and professional
