IFA Administrator Role

We are working with a prestigious financial planning firm in Altrincham to find a skilled IFA Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be a key part of a team that supports experienced paraplanners and financial planners in providing exceptional client service.

The role involves a range of administrative tasks, including processing new business applications, submitting transaction and trade requests, and obtaining illustrations and product literature. The successful candidate will also be responsible for acquiring client portfolio valuations, preparing annual review packs for client meetings, and acting as a key point of contact for financial planners and clients. In addition, the candidate will liaise with product providers, action LOAs, and maintain an accurate record of the client's financial situation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in IFA/financial planning administration and a good understanding of provider platforms. Strong organisational skills are also essential for this role. The successful candidate will be highly organised and able to work effectively in a team environment.
