We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to support our front office team in administrative functions. This role involves providing administrative assistance to Investment Managers and Financial Planners, as well as supporting financial advisers with their day-to-day tasks.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to produce client valuations, prepare pre-meeting client reviews, and check compliance documentation for FCA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the front office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Client Valuations: Produce client valuations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Pre-Meeting Reviews: Prepare pre-meeting client reviews to ensure that all necessary information is presented.
  • Compliance: Check compliance documentation for FCA regulations to ensure that all requirements are met.
