Permanent Client Support Administration role based in Altrincham, up to £24,000
**Your new company**
This financial services business is seeking a client support administrator to join their growing and expanding team. They are a fast-growing business undergoing a lot of success and have now added this new role which has a lot of opportunity for progressionand development.
**Your new role**
You will be responsible for supporting the Client Services Manager and liaising with clients. You will be calling clients and booking in meetings, ensuring that meetings are appropriately planned and enough time in the diary. You will be responsible for handlingclient queries and issues they may come across when registering or booking appointments. You will also be handling client registrations online and ensuring all information is uploaded correctly onto the internal database and any other ad-hoc duties requiredby the team.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have excellent communication and organisation skills and your previous experience within customer service and administration will help you succeed. You have an excellent telephone manner and are well-presented. You have excellent attention to detailand highly organised. You're passionate about building lasting relationships and can communicate well to varying levels of the business. You are also interested in working within the financial services industry and can get to the Altrincham office.
