Sales Administrator

My industry leading, Altrincham based client are excited to be recruiting for a permanent Sales Administrator to join the business as soon as possible. My client has recently acquired another business strengthening their market share, with that and continuedsuccess a new Sales Administrator is required to support this hugely successful business.
My client has a vast collection of an eye-catching, unique product of which they are a leading suppliers of both within the UK and globally.
**The Package**
- £22,000 - £25,000 salary
- 28 Days Holiday (Once 2 years have completed holidays increase)
- Once 2 years completed, access to a market leading healthcare package

Hours, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (30 mins lunch) 40 hours per week
**The role & responsibilities**
- Checking website orders against system orders to highlight any discrepancies
- Dealing with wholesale and retail customers
- Dealing with customer enquiries such as order lead time
- Producing accurate order confirmation sheets for the production team
- Producing delivery paperwork to accompany goods.
- Occasionally assisting with the packaging of goods to meet courier deadlines in busy periods
- Sending out samples
- Filing of all order related documentation
- Dealing with refunds and returns
- Consult with internal departments
There is a lot of interaction between the production floor and the office so effective communication is key and moving from the office to the production floor.
