- **Requirements**:

- Previous experience in Administration in the Insurance industry
- Fantastic communication and customer service skills
- Analytical mindset with a good knowledge of data processing
- Good IT skills, including experience using databases
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Able to prioritise workloads and remain organised
- A positive and friendly attitude to all customers
- **Responsibilities**:

- Responding to customers via mail and phone
- Handling customer complaints and queries
- Maintain and update records in the database
- Accurately process customer data
- Support sales and underwriting teams in daily activities
- Manage regular document archiving and audit confirmations
- Provide customer feedback to the line manager
- Work closely with other departments to understand customer needs
