Financial Services Administrator

Due to continued growth and internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced financial services administrator to join our team, based at our Altrincham Office, Greater Manchester.
You will have knowledge of the financial planning process and ideally be experienced in providing client and financial adviser support. The role covers a wide range of administrative support tasks including, but not limited to:
- Receiving new business cases, setting up clients in our back office system by inputting client details, completing the relevant due diligence checks and liaising with the financial planner to confirm any relevant information
- Sending letters of authority to providers to obtain plan information
- Using our back office system to produce wealth reports, valuations and performance reports
- Document creating including letters and reports
- Answering the telephone and assisting with client enquiries

Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to work to deadlines
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
**Person Specification**
Professional and pro-active
Ability to work well in a team and deliver a high level of client care
Ability to deal with a varied and busy workload
Experience of working in either an SJP practice or IFA
Experience of using either Sales Force or Intelligent Office would be advantageous
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
