The Customer Manager is now looking to grow his team, he wants to really take an individual under his wing; not only is he experienced and can literally teach you everything you need to know, he’s also one of the nicest gentlemen you could work for - down to earth, genuine, willing to put his all into your training and have fun along the way.

Your remit will cover all aspects of customer service and administration, it’s a real mix of the two; managing the customer success process (dealing with customers after sale to ensure they are happy with their product and service), problem solving and providing solutions, managing customer contracts and terms and conditions and updating the in house system with all relevant documentation and customer information.

A sleek new system has just been implemented too, meaning this makes your life so much easier; it’s modern and the company listened to their staff when they said the systems needed updating
