This is to work with a leading organisation who are making the environment better and working with clients to support with the cost of living. So your role will genuinely feel like you’re doing good for the world

Looking to add to their customer service team, they’re on the look out for an experienced Customer Service Advisor with the ability and confidence to push back and challenge when needed but also support on administration too such as database management and updating client contracts. So some administration background in your experience would be brilliant too.

This is going to scale up your skills perfectly, giving you exposure to both customer service and administration and getting you away from a “call centre” vibe; this is a professional office setting in the centre of Altrincham, literally a 1 minute walk from the tram stop and Nandos (bonus)
