Reception and Administration Coordinator

Capstone Financial is seeking a highly skilled Reception and Administration Coordinator to join our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our adviser team and clients, ensuring that new business cases are processed efficiently and accurately.
In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, transferring calls, taking messages, managing the booking process for meeting rooms, and providing administrative support to our adviser team.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and transferring calls to relevant personnel.
- Managing the booking process for meeting rooms and ensuring that rooms are set up as required.
- Providing administrative support to our adviser team, including diary management and logging call and email activity.
- Preparing packs for review meetings and running weekly reports for client birthdays.
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders.
About You:
You will be a highly motivated and organised individual, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing your time efficiently.
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as 25 days holiday plus an additional day off for your birthday, life insurance, pension scheme and flexible working arrangements after probationary period.
