Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and outcomes-focused Administrator to join our Corporate Administration and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate all activities and communications relating to Reception and Front of House functions.
  • Assist with office management, including maintaining office stock levels and supplies.
  • Provide business support to other internal service groups.
  • Offer administrative support and assistance, including document preparation and staff travel arrangements.
  • Support the Finance Services team with key processes such as purchase ledger and invoice approvals.
Requirements
  • Evidence of at least 2 years' experience in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, including calendar management and Excel spreadsheet creation.
  • Strong business writing, telephone manner, and verbal communication skills.
  • Good work prioritisation, organisation, and time management skills.
  • A meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Sage 50 accounting package would be advantageous.
Salary Information

The salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
