Role Overview
The post holder may be required to work weekends or extra hours during peak season or busy periods.
They will provide a fast, efficient, and welcoming service for all customers, internal and external, proactively pursuing student recruitment and conversion, within the Agent
Services team.

- Act as the Admissions specialist for that area.
- Act as the support for other areas within the Admissions Team, providing cover for the primary Admissions Coordinator during absences and extra support in busy

periods.
- Assist with general to other product/regional areas within the Agent Services Team as directed to ensure the team meets agreed targets.
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of student databases and agent information, both for CATS internal and external compliance purposes.
- Prepare accurate and timely paperwork, including but not limited to offer packs and supporting documents
- Provide efficient and courteous communications with all customers, internal and external.
- Maintain positive and constructive relations with colleagues, particularly in the Sales teams and centres.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of the relevant software, processes, and databases.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of the CATS portfolio of centres, courses, marketing campaigns, and entry requirements to provide accurate advice to

applicants, and to accurately assess applicants.
- Maintain a reasonable knowledge of compliance issues and requirements, including UKVI and SEVIS regulations, as well as other requirements pertinent to the

education industry.

Person Specification

Education
- Educated to A level or above.

Experience
- Experience of CRM systems/customer databases. (Desirable)
- Experience of working in a global business and/or education environment.

(Desirable)
- Experience in a distance sales environment. (Desirable)
- Knowledge of the UKVI Points Based System. (Desirable)

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload, to prioritisetasks and meet tight deadlines.
- A high level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Excellent attention to detail, cultural awareness, and sensitivity.
- Competent user of Microsoft office package.
- Ability to speak a foreign language (Desirable)
