Funding Communications Coordinator

We are looking to recruit a Communications Coordinator in our team to lead on postgraduate funding communications. This post will sit in the Cambridge Student Admissions and Access team, working closely with the Postgraduate Admissions Team and the Student Funding Team. The Funding Communications Coordinator will be responsible for resolving Postgraduate Admissions enquiries from applicants, Colleges, departments and others involved in the admissions process with a focus on those enquiries that arise around funding.
The post holder will assist the Communications Manager and Communications Team in delivering other external and internal communications, including helping to create relevant content for diverse platforms (Web, intranet, social media), continuing to develop a funding communications plan and implement communications campaigns using relevant tools such as Mailchimp and SharePoint.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the post holder will also support the wider admissions team with tasks such as quality assurance checking and the offer making process for applicants.
**Location**
The University is moving towards hybrid working with staff able to benefit from both working in the office and at home. The Postgraduate Admissions Office is based within the Student Services Centre on the New Museums Site in Central Cambridge. Staff are expected to be office-based for 30% of the time. This may increase for future years.
