Do you like working with people, have amazing interpersonal skills, are extremely well organised and love the idea of a varied role? If your answer is yes, then this could be the ideal position for you.

Ideally with customer service experience, you must like working with young people, teachers and other support staff, as well as a variety of key stakeholders that make up the wider Hills Road community.

Organisational skills and attention to detail are crucial to this role as you will be required to manage high volumes of student information at certain times of the year.

This role reports to the Admissions Manager. Hybrid working is possible, with a minimum of three-days required onsite.

**Purpose**:To support the admissions team at the College and to assist in the management of the College’s annual admissions cycle.

**Main Accountabilities**:
**To undertake general administrative duties relevant to the Admissions Team. This includes but is not restricted to**:

- To assist with the online enrolment of new Y12 students during late August/early September.
- To assist with preparations for the Cambridge Area Partnership progression evenings, (September and October) in partner schools and to attend some of these evenings to provide admissions advice, alongside other colleagues, to potential applicants.
- To provide support in relation to other school liaison activities including setting up and managing outreach initiatives with partner schools for colleagues to deliver.
- To assist with preparations for, and participate in, College events including providing admissions advice at the College’s Open Evenings (July - all-day Saturday and one evening) and supporting the Welcome to Hills days for Y11 students (July).
- To be the first point of contact for admissions enquiries and to refer queries to the Admissions Manager if additional support is required.
- To manage admissions-related communications with the wider College community which includes applicants, parents, colleagues, students, and other stakeholders.
- To arrange and deliver ad hoc onsite tours for potential students.
- To be responsible for processing data update requests submitted through the student dashboard.
- To carry out administrative tasks as necessary, including updating the College’s central database.
- To support the wider Marketing and Admissions team on ad hoc projects.
