Telesales Representative

Our prestigious client is looking for a Telesales Representative to join their highly successful business on the outskirts of Leeds. This is an innovative and fast-growing services provider that delivers cutting-edge IT solutions to businesses across the UK. They are looking for a driven and motivated individual to join the team and help expand the customer base.
To be an effective telesales representative you must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contact potential customers by phone to introduce products and services
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
- Set up appointments for the sales team to meet with potential customers
- Follow up with potential customers to answer any questions and provide additional information
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Update customer records in our database
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about products and services
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone presence and confidence in speaking to businesses.
- Ability to learn about the products and services and explain them to potential customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven with a desire to exceed sales targets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
In addition to a competitive starting salary of between £21,000- £23,000 you will receive bonus, Free car parking, Modern serviced offices and you will receive excellent training and development opportunities to help you advance your career.
This role is office-based Monday
- Friday 9am - 5.30pm due to location you would need to drive.
