**Telesales Agent**

**Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 (Uncapped commission, 40k+ OTE)**

**Mon - Fri: 9am-5.30pm / No weekends**

We are proud to be working alongside a market leading solar panel supplier who, due to continued growth over the past 2 years, are recruiting for multiple** B2B telesales agents** to work in their outbound sales hub in Leeds.

Our client boasts a prestigious track record of providing products/services to various multi-million-pound businesses across the UK/Europe and will soon be extending these products/services globally. Whether you are an experienced agent or are looking for a change of career, this is an incredibly exciting opportunity for an ambitious, outgoing individual to grow within a rapidly expanding business in which significant financial gain can be achieved, due to the uncapped commission structure this role offers. The harder you work, the more money you’ll make

**Responsibilities of a Call Centre Agent**:

- Contact a high volume of potential clients via telephone daily, aiming to generate interest and secure an appointment. This appointment will be attended by a field agent at a later scheduled date.
- Build positive relationships and rapport with your prospects through telephone-based interaction.
- Manage the booking process and coordinate field agent diaries.
- Handle gatekeeper and prospect objections effectively.
- Develop an extensive understanding of the business's products/services and use this knowledge in your pitch when speaking with prospects.
- Work to meet targets and KPI's on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Effectively use and maintain a CRM system, ensuring efficiency when updating client profiles.
