We’re looking for a responsible Office Administrator to perform a variety of administrative/clerical duties & assist management in all aspects of running Carrowmena Activity Centre & Glamping Site whilst keeping a high standard.

**Seasonal**: Mar - Oct

**Hours**: 4 - 5 Days per week, different Day Shifts, 8-hour shifts (9am - 5pm or 12pm - 8pm) must be flexible and work to our schedule

**Days**: Mon - Sun

**Wages**: £22,000 - £24,000

Start Date: March 2023 - 8-month contract with a bonus at end of contract.

**Duties**:
Operate a busy Office Environment, assist management in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities, including but not limited to:

- Operating our online bookings systems
- Liaising with customers and organising bookings for Accommodation/Activities & upselling
- Operate our onsite Coffee Pod serving customers, making sales and maintaining a clean working environment & train staff
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Prepare/organise all paperwork for arrival of guests
- To promote and sell Activities to guests onsite and upsell our merchandise
- Checking guests into their Accommodation and for Activities Experiences
- On-Call duties when guests are staying onsite
- Update our Social Media platforms on a daily basis
- Help out in the kitchen preparing food for our groups
- Operate Inflatable Assault Course for guests & help out with other Activities
- Assisting management with any other roles required to suit the business needs

As we’re a small business we all help each other, to ensure the smooth running of the centre & offer the best customer experience

**Required Experience (at least 2 years)**:

- Experience working with the general public on a face to face basis
- Working in a busy office environment
- Experience working with Microsoft packages, Word, Excel etc
- A good knowledge of social media

**MUST** have own clean driving license and access to own car

Full on the Job Training will be given

As the first point of contact for customers the applicant must be friendly, enthusiastic and have an interest in the accommodation/activities Carrowmena offers. This is a position for someone who is self-motivated and can work autonomously. This is not your average desk jobthis is a role where the applicant will be involved in an exciting company and if can prove their competence, the applicant will have space to thrive.

Interviews will be carried out Feb 2023 with a view to immediate start

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
