Kingsbury Packaging is seeking to recruit a **Commercial Administrator **to join their growing and dynamic team based in Limavady. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent - 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday

**Essential Skills and Competencies**
- Implement and maintain prices across procurement systems, both internal and external.
- Provide market and competitor analysis.
- Maintain pricing on Kingsbury website.
- To implement and maintain special prices for all group customers on the ERP system
- Periodic review of all special prices and ensure these are communicated to the account handler and the customer on an annual basis or in line with the customer’s contract
- Producing reports from procurement systems
- Manage all aspects of customers online electronic catalogues and price lists
- Administration of all special offer and promotional prices
- Provide backup to the Commercial Analyst and Sales and Operations Manager as required for core duties within the business
- Provide ad-hoc support
- Answer incoming calls, ascertaining nature of call, action as necessary
- Keeping the integrity of master data
- Maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external teams, particularly operations, sales, stock control and credit control to ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved

**Experience and Qualifications**
- A minimum of 1 years practical experience in a fast-paced FMCG, Distribution or Manufacturing environment.
- Educated to GCSE level C standard or equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel required
- Strong prioritisation and time management ability with a focus on attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with your team.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office with the ability to work to deadlines accurately and efficiently in a demanding environment is essential
- Able to analyse very large quantities of data and produce clear actionable information
- Intermediate Excel skills, including practical use of formulas, pivot tables and models
- Knowledge of principles and processes for improving systems
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong Customer Service focus
- Ability to prioritise and manage different tasks
