**Your Duties**:

- Provide administrative support to Regional Asset Management Division to ensure all project related information is properly filed on electronic and paper systems as required.
- Maintenance of files for Regional Asset Management Division including archiving as required to off-site storage and retrieval of same.
- Assist the Regional Programme Monitoring Officer//Project Managers, to collate and present relevant monthly financial and statistical reports to agreed timescales.
- Use of organisational systems and databases to produce reports and information as required by Project Delivery staff.
- Help prepare papers and reports for submission to CCH, CXBC & Board as directed by the Regional Programme Delivery Manager and/or Senior Project Manager.
- Answering telephone calls and accurately recording all Customer contact and details of repair/works to be carried out.
- Advising Customers of anticipated time scales for repairs/installations and following up requests on work already reported.
- Liaising with a range of internal/external departments.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including management of room bookings, taking and prompt issue of minutes to all parties.

**Your Profile**:

- BTEC National or equivalent plus 1 year of relevant general administrative experience.

**OR**
- 5 GCSE's or equivalent plus at least 2 years of relevant general administrative experience.

**OR**
- Experience of working as part of a team providing admin support in the delivery of projects to meet tight deadlines in terms of time and financial constraints.
- Experience of working in a customer delivery environment, including provision of a customer service to the public, via the phone or face to face.
- Working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Creation of electronic documents and storage/retrieval of same.

**Other**:

- Minute taking experience is essential.
