Receptionist/admin Assistant

NWCare are now recruiting a Receptionist/Admin Assistant for their Ballykelly branch.
**Reception duties** - meeting and greeting staff and visitors to NWCare. Answering calls, taking accurate messages and referring to relevant staff.
**Administration duties**: Supporting relevant departments in administration. Photocopying documents. Administering Personal Protection Equipment to staff (gloves/aprons).
**Education and Experience**
- accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
- knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures

**ESSENTIAL**
Full induction training for the role is provided
Proficient in IT systems - Microsoft Office

**DESIRABLE**
ECDL; IT qualification
