**About the Role**

Are you a passionate individual with a deep commitment to healthcare? We are looking for a Health & Social Care Tutor to join our new and expanding team of dedicated staff who work together to deliver the high-quality training to the Health & Social care Sector.

Skills-UK currently deliver education and training to both the next generation of adults who are seeking to work within the Adult Social care sector and to employed participants who need additional training support or refresher training.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and update curriculum to reflect current industry standards and practices.
- Provide support to all participants, helping them to achieve their academic and career goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our programmes.
- Stay current with the latest developments in healthcare to ensure that teaching content is relevant and up-to-date.

**Skills & Knowledge**
- Strong background in Health & Social Care, with relevant qualifications and/or professional experience.
- Teaching qualification or willingness to work toward
- The ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- A positive attitude towards a Growth Mindset
